By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Please take your time to read and understand the contents before placing your order.
Our terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without prior notice and the changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Purchase of Products
All purchases are final. Product information including the description, measurements, sizes and colours are provided to the closest accuracy. It is important to check that the size and colour/charm of the item is correct before placing the order. Changes to your order cannot be made. There are strictly no exchanges nor refunds allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
1. Payment is not completed or transaction detail is not notified to us within 24 hours from issue of the order invoice.
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
Payment has to be made within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
1. Local Internet Banking/ATM Bank Transfer
For the ATM Bank Transfer method, please attach a clear and full snapshot of your receipt and keep the receipt until item has been received. Payments without receipt snapshots will not be entertained. Only the Internet Banking nickname, transaction reference number and date is required for payment using Internet Banking.
When editing images for display, we make the effort to display, as accurately and realistic as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we would like to seek your understanding that the actual colours you see will depend on your screen's resolution as well. Such situations are not within our control and we will not be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.
I only offer normal postage, AM mail and registered postage locally. Normal postage is for local customers only, free of charge. Flat rate registered postage is offered to Malaysia and worldwide. Registered postage ensures a safer, traceable parcel at a faster delivery time. All orders will be processed immediately. All local normal parcels will be dispatched within 3 days. All registered and AM parcels will be dispatched every Saturday.
Refunds & Exchanges
We only accept refunds and exchanges based on the following reason(s):
1. Wrong Item: if the parcel sent to you contains the wrong item
2. Defaced Item: if the parcel sent to you contains an item that has been defaced (i.e. the surface of the charm or stone has been spoilt)
Do drop me an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that I can exchange it for you.
Kookizare will not be liable for any damage caused during postage.
